Planning a small or large event can get overwhelming. With so many delicious food choices, I understand how you may need a little help figuring out what can make your event tastier. Getting started can be as simple as you sending us an e-mail with your event date, guest count, and event details. I will be happy to schedule a meeting to review your event details with you.
THE CONSULTATION:
The consultation is 45-minutes in which you will have the opportunity to sit with me and discuss the culinary details that you envision for your special event. I will work with you to narrow down the best food options specific to your event, taste, and budget. Our consultations are typically held on Saturdays and Sundays by appointments only unless there is a scheduling conflict. The consultation fee is credited towards your final order once you book our services. We also offer separate food tasting consultations (view details below).

The consultation fee secures a 45-minute time slot for two people (additional cost for additional people).
Virtual consultation- No Charge
Consultation without food – $15
Tasting with two entrées – $35
Everything for your tasting is cooked fresh and specific for your appointment. When scheduling your tasting, please make us aware immediately of any allergies or dietary restrictions. All tasting fees must be paid in advance of your scheduled appointment. We do not offer tasting consultations for any of our premiere items. After booking with J.Ella’s, we offer one complimentary final tasting meeting 30 days before your event date. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Please be mindful that consultation fees are non-refundable. J. Ella’s will honor one reschedule at no additional cost if needed. Please call or e-mail to confirm the new date and time. If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling or you are deemed a NO SHOW, the consultation fee will result in a forfeit.
