Carving Station

Food Station– A table set up separately from a traditional buffet line containing a specialty food item, a group of themed food items, or a chef preparing or serving food to your guests. There are many ways to put together food stations that will excite and satisfy your guests. You may choose to provide food on a traditional buffet with one or two stations set separately on other tables or you may divide all of your offerings among various tables scattered throughout your venue for guests to visit at their leisure. Either way, stations are fun and can enhance your event greatly.

STATIONS

Pulled Pork Served over baked beans and topped with slaw in a stemless martini glass.

Garlic mashed potatoes with beef and chicken gravies, cheddar cheese, sour cream chives, and bacon bits. Potatoes are served in glass bowls. Add $.75 per person for martini glasses.

Tortilla Chips served with seasoned ground beef and pulled BBQ pork with nachos cheese, freshly made salsa, freshly made guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sliced jalapenos. Bean can be added per request.

Mini beef/steak burgers and mini grill beef/pork Hot Dogs served on small buns. Toppings choices include, lettuce, tomatoes, onions (red or white), chili, banana peppers, chow chow, bacon, relish, hot peppers, cheese, pickles, jalapenos, and grill onions. Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ketchup and freshly J.Ella’s burger sauce.

Mixed greens with all your favorite salad toppings (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, croutons, multiple cheeses, nuts, craisin, and bacon) and assorted salad dressings

Seasoned ground beef, chicken and beef fajitas served on mini hard- and soft-shell tacos with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, cheese dip with chips, and salsa.

Mini pulled pork BBQ sandwiches with the works (pickles, onions, slaw).

Bowtie pasta with alfredo sauce, Italian Meatballs, Vegetable Bruschetta, Creamy chicken Mozzarella Pasta, Stuffed shells (cheese or beef)

Spicy Crab Bites, Shrimp Cocktail, Crab dip, Bang Bang Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi Skewers, Pineapple Salmon Skewers, Coconut Shrimp, Crawfish.

Chicken Quesadilla, White Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips, Spicy Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips, mini tacos, mini chicken or beef enchiladas.

Operation Station

White, Wheat, French Breads, grilled on site with Mild cheddar, Swiss, Muenster, Provolone, Gouda, and Pepper Jack Cheeses. Toppings include Thick Bacon, Ham, Grill Chicken, Avocado, Fresh Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, and Spicy Brown Mustard.
